Mr. Kamlesh Jain
Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Jain plays a key leadership role in guiding Holdwell Components and its continued development within the industrial and railway components sector. As Managing Director, he is associated with the company’s strategic direction and its focus on building dependable, technically driven manufacturing capabilities.
Under his leadership, Holdwell operates across railway track infrastructure, elastomeric sealing solutions, rubber compounds and moulded products. The company’s integrated approach—bringing material development, manufacturing, engineering and quality control together—supports its ability to deliver application-specific solutions for demanding infrastructure requirements.
His leadership is aligned with Holdwell’s broader philosophy of pursuing value-added opportunities, embracing technology and innovation, and creating sustainable business growth. The company places strong emphasis on customer commitment, integrity, collaboration, quality and a progressive outlook.
Ms. Arushi Jain
Ms. Arushi Jain represents the next generation of leadership at Holdwell, bringing an analytical and purpose-driven approach to the group’s emerging business initiatives. With a BA in Economics from Ashoka University and an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science, she combines strong academic insight with a strategic perspective on business and development.
Ms. Jain currently oversees Holdwell Agri, the group’s food division, where her focus extends across operational development, product quality and expansion into emerging markets. Her approach is centered on building a resilient business with a clear emphasis on long-term growth and customer value.
Alongside her responsibilities at Holdwell Agri, Ms. Jain is also involved in the group’s ESG and sustainability initiatives, helping integrate responsible practices into business operations. Her leadership reflects a forward-looking approach that brings together sustainability, innovation and strategic growth.
