Mr. Kamlesh Jain
Mr. Kamlesh Jain has been the driving force behind Holdwell's evolution for more than four decades. What began as a modest hardware trading firm in the 1980s has grown under his vision into a diversified group operating across multiple sectors.
Each of the group's business verticals—including railway products, water-related products, agribusiness, personal protective equipment (PPE) and consultancy—is led with a clear emphasis on operational excellence and strategic focus.
Beyond the company, Mr. Jain contributes to entrepreneurship and professional development through his role as President of the West Bengal MSME Start-Up Forum Bharat and through mentoring initiatives in HR training, recruitment and consultancy.
Miss. Megha Jain
Miss Megha Jain represents the next generation of leadership at Holdwell. Since joining the family business in 2018, she has focused on expanding the company's international footprint and implementing modern operational strategies.
She leads the export division, securing partnerships in key markets such as Germany, Estonia, and Senegal. Miss Jain has also introduced advanced technologies like CAD into the company's workflows and spearheaded the integration of solar power across Holdwell's manufacturing facilities, reinforcing a commitment to sustainable growth.
