About Us
Holdwell Components Pvt. Ltd.
Holdwell Components is part of the Royal Group, whose engagement with Indian industry goes back to 1936 — first as a merchant, then into steel commodity trading in 1965, and into steel manufacturing with its first re-rolling mill in 1977, using a hot-forming process. It was through that steel business that the Group first entered the railway sector. Holdwell itself was conceived in 1994, with a single mission — holding the rail well — built around a new rubber production unit manufacturing rail pads and engeneered rubber compounds for Indian Railways. Every material capability since has grown outward from that starting point.
